In addition, Prinsen's Lager introduces a complementary product offering that broadens Cube Storage's portfolio beyond its established high-end and urban self-storage locations.

Upon closing, the combined platform is expected to comprise more than 70 locations across Norway and Sweden, with combined revenues of c. NOK 95 million in 2025, reflecting the growing scale and momentum of the business in the Nordic region.

Founded with a focus on accessibility and customer-centric service, Prinsen's Lager has built a strong regional presence and operational platform. Kristofer Högberg, CEO and Founder of Prinsen's Lager, will continue to lead the Swedish operations as Interim CEO of Prinsen's Lager, ensuring continuity and supporting the integration and future expansion of the platform.
